Ramptha-Lexie talks of returning from the homes, and the years and journeys it takes to find ones way back. Her family were separated as children. Ramptha-Lexie lived at the Allambi cottages and her five brothers were at the Salvation Army home in Burwood. Eventually Ramptha-Lexie returned to Echuca to live with relations at Cummeragunja mission.
